This panel shows the capture of Christ following the Judas kiss. Jesus is constrained, but seems stoically to endure the events judging by his static pose. On the left Saint Peter tries to prevent the arrest by force of arms. On the right border of the panel the traitor Judas is fleeing the scene, only to hang himself later out of despair.
