The new wall-thickness from the editor must be respected within the factory

should work..
a thick wall is now represented by 4 lines (the box surrounding the thick wall)
node-edges are intersected with those 4 lines
if they intersect one, the are dropped.

note: this will result in isolated nodes WITHIN thick walls (as just the edges are dropped). those isolated nodes are deleted by the "remove-isolation-nodes" step
